This policy explains how we process data related to the Dinami website, waitlist, Paris pilot, and mobile application.

Data we collect

We may collect your name, email address, preferred language, interests, form messages, the page or button used to join, and limited technical data such as browser, page path, referrer, and product analytics events.

In the app, we may process information needed for communities, chats, invitations, restaurant votes, reports, account safety, and user support.

How we use data

We use data to manage the waitlist, send pilot invitations, operate Dinami communities, improve the product, measure important clicks, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis and consent

When you join the waitlist or use Dinami, processing is based on your request, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and consent where required.

You can withdraw your request or ask us to delete your data by email.

Retention and deletion

Waitlist data is kept during the pilot and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Sharing and service providers

We may use technical providers for hosting, analytics, database, email, security, and app distribution.

These providers process data only to provide their services to Dinami.

Minimum age

Dinami is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly seek to collect data from minors.
